Experience Scampston Walled Garden with its renowned restaurant. Foodies will delight in Malton the food capital of Yorkshire, with its annual food festivals held in May. Enter into the large and light hallway and you'll find a heated coat closet which is ideal for drying wet coats on those damper days. A small step down into the lounge with its large picture window providing more natural light which floods the room, perch by the window should you want a quiet moment with a book admiring the beautiful vista outside, or snuggle down in the evening on the sofa with a roaring fire from the wood burner while watching a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen across the hallway is again, wonderfully light and airy with plenty of space for more than one cook, offering an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. Come together around the table for breakfast and plan the day ahead. When it's time to turn in, head upstairs to bed, each room has space for clothes storage. The king size bedroom has an en suite shower room and WC. The second bedroom has a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into twins on request), while the third bedroom has a small double bed suitable for children and teenagers. Completing the accommodation is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside the enclosed patio garden almost feels like you have stepped into a Mediterranean villa with a spacious brick patio enveloped with raised flower beds and small pond (which can be covered if requested). Dine alfresco on the outdoor table and enjoy warm balmy evenings with your group. There is off road parking for two cars.
