No.7 Regent House is a modern, spacious, one-bedroom apartment in the centre of Harrogate. With shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep you are ideally located to enjoy everything the town has to offer. The perfect place to stay if you are looking to enjoy everything Harrogate has to offer, or as a base for exploring North Yorkshire.
The Space:
New to the holiday home market, this second floor apartment has recently been updated and features fresh white walls and a range of modern fixtures and fittings throughout.
The apartment has a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The area is flooded with light from the four large windows. Walking into this space you enter the dining room which features a round glass dining table with pale blue velvet effect upholstered chairs and an overhanging feature light with copper coloured wiring and edison bulb.
Sitting alongside the dining area you have a fully equipped L-shape matt grey kitchen featuring metallic red appliances. In the kitchen you’ll find a fridge freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and washer/dryer, you have everything you could need for a comfortable break away from home.
The bedroom features a double bed with a hotel style headboard surround and built in bedside shelves. Two small bedside lamps sit symmetrically at either side of the bed which is dressed with fabric cushions featuring patterns of blue, green and grey. In the corner of the room there is a desk come dressing table and wall mirror, perfect for working at or blow-drying your hair.
The en-suite bathroom can be found off the bedroom. Featuring a WC, corner sink and bath with overhead shower. The room is finished with a chrome towel rail, mirrors and a built in shelf, home to some potted greenery.
There is a small separate bathroom off the main hallways which includes a WC and basin.
No.7 has a sofa bed in the living room which can be used to accommodate an additional two guests.
Located on Albert Street just a few steps away from the shops, bars and restaurants you are ideally placed to enjoy Harrogate at any time of the day when staying at No.7 Regent House.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There is paid parking close to the apartment and free on-street public parking on nearby streets.

Located in the centre of Harrogate, this apartment is the perfect base for a weekend or a week away.
You'll find shops, bars and restaurants right on your doorstep when staying at No.7 Regent House.

Harrogate rail station is a five minute walk from the apartment and with direct links to Leeds, Knaresborough, York and Manchester you can easily explore surrounding cities and towns.
