The other two bedrooms are just off the lounge; a king size room with a Smart TV and a super king size bedroom which boasts a private balcony where you can enjoy a quiet morning coffee admiring the fells. There is also a second bathroom on this level. For the ultimate games night, head out to the garden and discover a fantastic games room complete with multi games table consisting of table tennis, snooker and air hockey, a full sized bar with a wine/beer cooler that is excellent for entertaining and a Smart TV on chilly evenings light the wood burner for extra atmosphere. The garden is fully enclosed with a large patio with an outdoor dining set and a charcoal BBQ. There is a garage to the side of the property which is ideal for storing bikes.
