Head upstairs to the lounge located on the mezzanine style floor with a glass balcony adding to the sense of space and allowing uninterrupted views towards the coastline at nearby Budle Bay. There are comfortable sofas to relax on when you want to kick back and watch the latest movie on Smart TV. The generous third bedroom is off the lounge with a king size bed, a TV and ample storage space and its uniquely styled en suite bathroom features a bath, separate shower and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed dining area with a table and chairs where you can extend your day with a drink and a meal, bringing the outside in. In addition, there is a large, enclosed patio area to the rear, perfect for the children to play safely and with more garden furniture. There is off road parking for up to three cars.
