Situated in a beautiful part of rural Northumberland within this friendly 180 acre park and overlooking the picturesque on site golf course. Explore the park and woodland on foot or by bicycle straight from the door and you are welcome to play golf as often as you wish on the 18 hole course. There is a small coffee and cake shop in the park, a pub/restaurant in nearby Newton on the Moor and popular artisan bakery/coffee shops in Felton and Longframlington. Visit Alnwick Castle and Gardens, Bamburgh and Holy Island, take picnics to the sandy beaches at Warkworth and Alnmouth, discover Amble s friendly marina and amazing seafood in Craster and head for the Simonside Hills in Rothbury and Cheviot Hills in Wooler. Three steps from the driveway take you up to the wrap around balcony to access the property. Enter the glazed main door, and you will come straight into the bright and airy open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. Your eyes will immediately drift towards the large windows and French doors in the lounge area which overlooks the spacious veranda, the golf course and the woodland beyond. The lounge has comfortable seating, a flame effect electric fire, and a Smart TV to relax in front of at the end of the day. There is a CD/Radio for your entertainment. The dining area has a table and seating for four and the well equipped kitchen comes with a range style gas hob and double oven, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer/dryer. Heading through to the two bedrooms each with its own TV.
