Entering through the half glazed front door, you will find a contemporary and elegant open plan living space comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner. Tastefully decorated the lounge area is bathed in natural light from the large patio doors; curl up on the leather sofas and enjoy the breath taking views across unspoilt countryside or sit nd watch some TV on the Smart TV/DVD. The open plan kitchen features a range of appliances including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The centrally located dining table comfortably seats four and is perfect for a leisurely breakfast or quiet supper. A convenient separate WC complete the ground floor accommodation. Head upstairs to the first floor and the two bedrooms. The double bedroom looks out to the open countryside and features a double bed. The second bedroom has twin beds. The double windows give each bedroom a light and airy feel with plenty of natural light flooding in. There is also a shower room on this floor with shower and WC. The outdoor decked patio is accessed from the lounge and has outdoor furniture where you can relax with a drink and watch the sun setting across the countryside. The children s outdoor play area can be found nearby with swings, a slide and a climbing area and the shared games room with a pool table, table football and Sky TV with Sky Sports on the Smart TV is nearby along with a separate WC. Parking is available for one car with additional free parking on site, close to the property.
