On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge, dining kitchen and master bedroom with en suite shower room. The first floor has a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. To the rear of the property is an enclosed lawn with views towards Alnmouth and extensive views of the sea.
The property is built in stone and has arched hemmel windows to the front. The property benefits from a private access to Killiecrankie Beach which is less than 10 minutes walk away.
Lyme Cottage is approximately 1 mile north of Warkworth and 2.7 miles south of Alnmouth with the market town of Alnwick 5 miles to the west.
