The open plan lounge/dining room and kitchen is well appointed with antique oak units built sympathetically into the structural features of the space. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. A large dining table provides plenty of seating for guests to enjoy a home cooked meal or takeaway together. The views from the property are superb, the whole panorama of the pretty harbour and North Bay can be absorbed from the living room. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath, shower attachment and WC. Upstairs are two bedrooms with sea views: one double and one twin, as well as a separate shower room. To the front of the property is a patio garden with garden furniture where guests can sit in the afternoon and evening sunshine protected from sea winds while enjoying the immediate view of all the harbour activities.
