Tucked on the outskirts of Killin, Perthshire, is this fantastic three-bedroom Scandinavian Lodge, Firbush Lodge. Enjoying a wonderful location on the shores of Loch Tay, with Ben Lawers forming a majestic backdrop to the site, this lodge benefits from two off-road parking spaces, a lovely safe front decked area complete with furniture for you to relax and enjoy the commanding views. It’s an ideal place to sit and watch the wildlife, with the possibility of spotting the resident Red Squirrel as he visits from the adjacent woodland. The open-plan living space with its wood panelling and plush couches, fully-equipped kitchen, and large rustic dining table, provide the perfect setting to prepare and enjoy meals as you reflect on your day’s adventures. After your meal take a lovely stroll down to the harbour or end the day with drinks whilst playing a fun board game. The all-electric heating and water system provides ample hot water for the well-appointed bathroom, there are also sumptuous beds where you can drift off to sleep before the next day’s plans begin. Nearby, you will find the welcoming Boathouse Kitchen and Bar with its soothing open fire and delicious menu for when you decide on a night off from cooking.
