Located in the quiet village of Jemimaville on the Black Isle in Scotland, this holiday home sleeps up to 6 people and is just 4 miles from the historic town of Cromarty. The area offers sandy beaches, bird watching opportunities, and chances to spot dolphins and seals. Cyclists and walkers will find plenty of forestry tracks and trails nearby, while more adventurous guests can tackle the Munros within an hour's drive. Nearby attractions include castles, distilleries, and museums, or guests can simply relax and take in the stunning scenery and wildlife.

The property features an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen/diner, complete with modern appliances. Guests can cozy up in front of the woodburner while watching TV or a DVD. The ground floor includes a spacious twin bedroom, while upstairs there are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with sloping ceilings. The bathroom on the second floor has a bath, separate shower, and WC. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying alfresco dining with views over the Cromarty Firth.

Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, is a short drive away and offers excellent leisure and shopping facilities. Guests can also take a ferry trip from Cromarty to Nigg between May and September 2021. Road parking is available in front of the property, with additional off-road parking at the rear.
