Unwind at our stylish and spacious newly built, 4-bedroom family home with optional one-bedroom annexe that will sleep two extra guests**
The Shropshire Union canal runs directly behind the property which is great for walks. Conveniently located for the popular towns of Oswestry, Ellesmere and Shrewsbury and only a 15-minute drive from the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct & Canal World Heritage Site. Offering a peaceful retreat and the perfect base for exploring North Shropshire and the Welsh Marches
The space
Enter the property into our spacious and modern hallway, with plenty of room to hang coats and store shoes. To the right is a large, cosy living area, with a log burner and patio doors, leading out to the patio and garden which backs onto the Shropshire Union Canal. From here you will be able to watch the canal boats pass by.
To the left of the hallway, is the dining room, which will seat 8 comfortably.
The hub of the house is the stunning large kitchen to the rear, featuring a breakfast bar, sofa and patio doors leading into the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an American-style fridge/freezer, utility room and plenty of storage space.
All of the downstairs benefits from underfloor heating, keeping it really warm in the colder months.
Upstairs we have 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed with ensuite shower room, with the other three bedrooms are furnished with double beds. There is a stylish family bathroom, which has a bath and a separate shower.
You will also find an office space with desk and comfortable chair for those needing to work from home during their stay.
**Separately situated to the main house is The Loft! A cute annex conversion with one king size bed to accommodate another 2 adults or children. Fantastic for a large family.
If you are booking for 10 guests, this will show as an extra nightly cost of £30 per guest per night. It is important to choose the correct number of guests to ensure each person is adequately insured and has linen provided for their stay.
The annex has a separate key safe. We will share this code with you 24 hours prior to your stay if you book the annex as part of your total booking with us. Thank you.
