This beautiful detached barn conversion is set within an elevated position within the grounds of the owner s home and has been fully refurbished throughout. Upon entering the beautiful accommodation, you will be greeted by a hall with a useful space to hang coats and leave muddy shoes after a walk in the countryside. Continue up the stairs of which there are 4, from there you will find that the accommodation is all on one level. The lounge/diner features a flame effect electric fire and freeview TV so you can relax in the evening in front of your favourite programmes. There are also french doors that open into the courtyard garden, this is also a way into the barn conversion for those that find stairs difficult as there is a gradual sloping pathway to the property. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a stable door where you can let the outside in on sunny days, which leads to an enclosed decked terrace. The spacious king size bedroom looks out over the courtyard garden. The contemporary bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. Venturing outside from the lounge/diner is a small pretty courtyard garden with seating where you can enjoy your morning coffee and an al fresco breakfast. Leading from the kitchen is an enclosed decked terrace which also has seating and is a perfect spot to make the most of the evening sun with a glass of wine. You are very welcome to enjoy exploring the owners large landscaped garden which leads to a pretty stream overlooking neighbouring fields with seating areas. Parking for one car can be found in the gravelled driveway shared only with the owners. Perfectly located for the avid cricket fan where Taunton hosted the World Cup Games 2019. Have a day at the races or a trip to the Steam Rally Norton Fitzwarren. Dunster castle host many events. The highly regarded Taunton Flower Show is an annual spectacular that is extremely popular. Vivary Park hosts many musical events and the Taunton Food Festival is very popular in August.
