North west Sutherland is one of the most beautiful landscapes and stunning, sandy beaches lie along the coast. Visit Sango Bay, Smoo Cave, and Europe s most northerly zip line in Durness which is 16 miles away. Sandwood Bay is said to be the most magnificent beach in the UK this remote bay has no road access but can be reached by a 4 mile trail. Ridgway Adventure (5.5 miles) offers fantastic sea and loch water sports, or sit back and enjoy a spot of loch, river, and sea fishing loch fly fishing permits can be obtained. Enter this stylish property into the hall and head through to the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy a great movie together on the Smart TV, and on those cooler evenings enjoy cosy nights in front of the lovely wood burner. There is a spacious dining area where you can enjoy the views, an ideal place to enjoy a homecooked family meal. Cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. On a sunny day open the door in the kitchen which leads out to the patio area. There is also a handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The second lounge area also has a wood burner, large windows, and a door that leads out to the garden it is the perfect spot to enjoy a good book and admire the views. The two ground floor bedrooms, one double and one twin, both have views of the Loch. Completing the ground floor is a shower room with WC. The stairs from the lounge lead up to a light and bright double bedroom with an en suite shower room and WC. Venturing outside is the spacious enclosed garden with a seating area, ideal for al fresco dining. The tenant crofter does have access through the garden if needs be. There is parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
