The Victorian house has been beautifully renovated to create a light and airy space, perfect for family get togethers in Cornwall. With a large living area including smart TV and Wi-Fi, separate dining room to enjoy those special occasions, additional games/family room with pool table, TV and seating area. Along the hallway, the home boasts a generous fully fitted kitchen/breakfast area with all modern amenities; dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
The three floored house offers 7 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. One large king size bedroom, four double bedrooms, a twin and a bunk bedroom. There is a small sun deck courtyard to the back of the property with seating, accessed via the double doors from the dining room.
Newquay has some of Cornwall’s finest beaches. A seaside town open all year round, with a range of attractions, zoo, aquarium, parks, boat trips, golf and of course surfing! Fantastically suited to entertain all ages, enjoy an array of cafes, restaurants and shops all within a short stroll from Berry House.
One small well-behaved dog is welcome during your stay for a small additional cost. Over occupancy, stag and hen dos are not allowed, and will result in a termination of your booking.
Guests can park ‘on-street’ in and around Newquay, with most car parks a short 5–10-minute walk. Newquay train station, with access links to Cornwall and the surrounding area, is situated just 2-3 minute away from the property.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Newquay City Centre, a neighborhood in Newquay. Great Western Beach and Newquay Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium. Blue Reef Aquarium Newquay and Oasis Fun Pools are also worth visiting.
