You are 12 min walk from Porthminster beach, 15 min walk to Carbis bay, 15 minute walk to the harbour, or there is a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you 1 stop down to st ives, these run up until 12.20am or you can jump in a taxi for around £6!
The house is a very spacious 4 bed house with a very large hallway entrance and a large living room and large kitchen diner (both with bi fold doors onto the garden)
The garden is large and fully secure for children and dogs. It has a flat area for children to play with good privacy along with a large stone patio area with seating for 12 along with a children’s bench set. There is also a gas barbecue. The children have a seesaw, swing and slide set and a football goal to play with. Adults can relax in the hot tub whilst the children play.
Both the lounge and kitchen diner have large flat screen smart 4K tv’s connected to the internet where you will be able to login to your own apps with digital free view.
The kitchen provides brand new kitchen equipment (a kitchen home from home) with a large utility room attached) with washing facility's.
Outdoor storage available for all outdoor activity equipment.
Large downstairs toilet.
Upstairs provides 4 spacious bedrooms.
The master bedroom comes with a superking size bed, large flat screen tv with shower ensuite room. This room has a sofa bed in as well.
Bedroom 2 consists of 4 double beds in 2 bunk beds which has the capability to sleep 8, this also has shower en-suite, built in wardrobes and large flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3 and 4 both have king size beds with built in wardrobes and share the large main bathroom with bath and shower. Both these rooms also have smart TVs.
Travel cot and high chair and stair gates at top and bottom of stairs available (travel cot on request)
Board games in kitchen draw.
All bed linen and towels will be provided.
The bbq would need to be cleaned before departure or this is charged at an extra cost or taken from deposit.
The street is a quiet residential cul de sac.
We do allow well behaved dogs who don’t get on the sofas as long as any mess is cleared up, if the cleaner has to clear up any dog mess you will lose a percentage of your deposit.
Located in St Ives, this vacation home is near the beach. St Ives Harbour and South West Coast Path Section 21 Trailhead are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Trevaskis Farm and Wharfside Shopping Centre. Consider Acorn Theatre for a night out or St Ives Museum if you're traveling with kids. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.
