The Big Cottage is the best family holiday home in Newquay. This house is a perfect base for groups small and large, although we don't accept party groups, stags or hens, we love welcoming civilised groups of friends, single or multiple families, to enjoy this perfectly positioned holiday home. Just 10 minutes walk to Fistral beach and the centre of town, it is full of goodies to keep everybody entertained, whatever the weather. There's a Play Station 4 and 72'' 3D TV in the cinema room. Free high-speed WIFI, full premium SKY TV package with NETFLIX. There's a top-quality football table and a selection of board games. Families will love the excellent childrens' playground directly opposite.
The front patio and rooms at the front have sunset views over Fistral. It is packed with amenities. There is washing machine, dishwasher and double oven and huge kitchen dining table. It has landscaped private back yard, outside shower for wet suits, seating front and back and hand-made unique furniture specifically crafted for the property. Bed set up is flexible with mixture of kingsize beds and twins/single beds that are zip and link so can be transformed into super-kingsize beds ahead of your arrival depending on your requirements.There are also bunk beds for adults and kids - all have memory foam mattresses There are 5 bathrooms/showers and one family bathroom with bath.
The house sleeps up to 14 people in comfort. No loud parties, stags or hens allowed.
