Foreshore is a fabulous and spacious Edwardian end of terrace house offering really excellent accommodation for large family groups and groups of friends. Situated within both a short walk of the renowned Crooklets Beach and also the centre of Bude, with its wonderful selection of restaurants and shops, Foreshore is ideally positioned to enjoy all that Bude has to offer. Bude has just won the Best UK Coastal Resort Award voted for by the public in the 2015 British Travel Awards and Widemouth Bay has just been awarded a prestigious Blue Flag, while Crooklets and Summerleaze beaches have both won impressive Seaside Awards for their water quality, facilities and management.
With the golf course opposite the house (where we can arrange preferential rates for our guests) this is a house where you can park your car for the duration of your stay and simply stroll everywhere!. With gardens to the front and rear, there is plenty of space to enjoy those afternoon or evening BBQs.
The attention to detail is excellent. There is a spacious lounge with leather sofas and tub chairs, flat screen TV with Freeview, BluRay player. A half size snooker table is guaranteed to provide hours of fun. The kitchen/diner has been set up to the highest standard with American fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice, additional fridge, range cooker with three separate ovens, five hobs and a warming plate, two dishwashers, combination microwave, washer/dryer. There is large table to seat 16 and a television in the dining area.
There is also a downstairs loo.
On the First floor (split by small flight of stairs) there are two single bedrooms, one double bedroom overlooking the golf course and access to the balcony, one king size bedrorom with television and Freeview, one bedroom with two singles beds overlooking the balcony to the golf course and two shower rooms.
On the second floor (also split by a small flight of stairs) you will find one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed overlooking the golf course with television and Freeview, one bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with bath and shower over and one separate shower room.
Being in a quiet residential area there is unrestricted parking opposite the front of the house with a single garage located at the rear of the property. There is an outside tap for rinsing off wet suits and these can be hung up in the garage. The garden is well equipped with patio furniture and BBQ and catches the evening sun whilst the front area catches the morning sun.
All in all an incredibly imposing property offering outstanding accommodation and comfort for a large gathering. Perfectly situated close to all that Bude has to offer Foreshore is a lovely home from home and a holiday here will offer relaxation and enjoyment to all the family.
Located in Bude, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. South West Coast Path Section 10 Trailhead and South West Coast Path Section 11 Trailhead are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Harlequinns Leisure and The Gnome Reserve and Wildflower Garden. Docton Mill Gardens & Tea Rooms and The Milky Way Adventure Park are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
