Little Trevean is an enchanting country cottage in half an acre of beautiful woodland gardens, three miles from the seaside village of Coverack, and positioned down a quiet back road on the edge of the Lanarth Estate. The cottage can sleep five people in three bedrooms and has a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room. The sitting room has a wood burning stove and there is a kitchen with dining area for social gatherings and feasts with a dishwasher and American style fridge freezer. The garden has a sunny patio and lawn for safe play, relaxation and alfresco dining. If you can bear to tear yourself away, this is a wonderful area to explore. Pretty villages, scenic walks along hidden creeks and Goonhilly Downs are all close by. Just over a mile away is the coastal footpath and the picturesque little fishing village of Coverack with its quaint old harbour and a rock-strewn beach, which is ideal for young children. Little Trevean makes a cute country bolthole for seclusion and privacy.
