Situated in the idyllic village of Point, Nr Devoran, Polsue Cottage is a recently refurbished, reverse-level layout, white-washed cob cottage, nestled between the village green and stunning Restronguet Creek. Upon pulling into the driveway through the 5 bar gate, you walk down through the enchanting garden to a bridge that brings you straight into the light and airy well equipped modern kitchen on the 1st floor, with stunning views across the creek and garden and down towards the village of Devoran. Off the kitchen you will find a useful cloakroom and a light and airy sitting room and dining area, beautifully furnished, with spectacular views across the creek at the front and to the garden at the back.
