Located at the end of a narrow country lane, the rural positioning of this property makes it a tranquil and truly idyllic escape, with far reaching countryside views all around. Boscastle is close by, and features a range of amenities to cover anything you may need. The selection of beaches and coves makes the area ideal for families: Crackington Haven, Polzeath, Trebarwith Strand and Widemouth Bay are all within easy driving distance, perfect for a day trip with a picnic or to try a spot of surfing. There are lots of local walks, with a footpath easily accessible from the property, and the South West Coast Path not far away. Venture further afield for picturesque Padstow, or surfer s paradise Newquay. The majority of rooms are on the ground floor, with only one room upstairs. Stunning from the moment you enter, the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has A frame beams and oak flooring throughout, creating a light, airy space for you to relax and socialise in. There is a selection of seating in the lounge area, with sofas and armchairs to sink into and watch something on the TV/DVD, read a book, or chat with friends and family while admiring the view, and a wood burner to keep off the chill in the winter months. The dining table comfortably seats six people, with views across the countryside, whilst the contemporary kitchen area has everything you could need during your stay, including a Belfast sink, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, freezer, fridge and microwave. Off the kitchen there is a separate utility building, housing a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack and shower cubicle. The first of the bedrooms on the ground floor has been lovingly decorated, and is pretty and tranquil with a double bed, whilst the second room has twin single beds. There is also a bathroom, featuring a bath, separate shower and WC. On the first floor in the eaves of the house is the master bedroom, which has exposed A frame beams, a king size bed, TV/DVD, and an en suite shower room with WC. The outside of this property benefits from an enclosed lawn area, gravelled patio section with garden furniture and BBQ for al fresco dining, and spectacular views all around. There is also a shower head, ideal for rinsing sandy feet after a beach trip, or washing off wetsuits. Ample parking is available.
