Inside, this beautifully converted stable block is cosy yet spacious and full of original charm. The lounge/kitchen/diner is open plan and features exposed beams and brickwork. In the traditional kitchen area, you will find a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob and use of a tumble dryer. Dine at the oak table before retreating to the lounge area to warm up beside the wood burner while watching the Smart TV and DVD. The spacious king size master bedroom is located upstairs together with a cosy twin bedroom with exposed beams overhead. Downstairs there is a further king size bedroom with additional single bed, perfect for a young child. The bedrooms share a family bathroom with separate shower. Step outside and you will find a large enclosed, shared garden with swings and a sandpit, a safe haven for children and dogs. Patio with seating area, bordered by pretty plants and trees, this is a serene and pleasant space in which to enjoy an al fresco meal at the picnic bench. 1 dog welcome between 1st September through until 26th May excluding peak Easter period. Additionally, guests with a dog will be subject to a 150 refundable security deposit payable on arrival.
