The area is well known for its fantastic walks namely the South West Coast Path. It s easy to see why so many fall in love with North Cornwall. This former barn retains much of the original charm, incorporating some features into its layout. On arrival, you will enter the open plan living area with access to two of the bedrooms; one double and one twin. The third bedroom is accessed via an open tread staircase from the ground floor. This attractive galleried double is curtained off from the staircase. On the ground floor is an open plan social area that includes a lounge, dining area and a kitchen. There is also a bathroom containing a shower over bath with WC. The lounge area centres around a TV/DVD, a hi fi, and a wood burner to unwind at the end of a day s touring in front of. Wood is supplied (one basket) between October and April. The kitchen area comes equipped with an oven and hob, a fridge freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available by arrangement. The property also has a sunroom with seating, giving access to both the patio and the shared gardens. Step outside the property into the shared garden, where the property has its own picnic table and a handy BBQ too. For children, there is a shared outdoor play area, and guests are encouraged to the explore the grounds.
