The closest town being the Cornish market town of Liskeard which has all the amenities one could ask for. To the north lies Bodmin Moor with some fantastic walks and views over the old mining engine houses that symbolise Cornwall's proud past. To the south is the coast with the villages of Looe and Polperro remaining popular with the seasonal tourists. Here you can relax in one of the many cafes, bars and restaurants on offer. Attractions include The Eden Project, The Adrenalin Quarry, Kart World, Siblyback Segway adventure, the Monkey Sanctuary and for the cyclist Cardinham Woods. On entering this charming barn conversion you will find yourself in the large hallway, a perfect area to leave your muddy boots or coats. Further inside you will find the open plan kitchen/diner a fantastic space overlooking the surrounding countryside and gardens. The large table comfortably seats six and the well equipped kitchen comprises of electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Next, the lounge greets you as a homely space with three sofas surrounding the open fire (first basket of logs included) and Smart TV with DVD. French doors open onto the enclosed garden area allowing the warmth of the sunshine to flood the room. Also on the ground floor you will find a shower room with WC. Heading upstairs are the 3 bedrooms. 1 king size, 1 twin and 1 bunk room and the family bathroom offers bath, hand held shower and WC. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed garden area with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, a fantastic area for alfresco dining or just soaking up the warmer evenings. There is an abundance of facilities onsite including a shared heated outdoor salt water pool (open from beginning of May to end of September), tennis court and boules court. There is also a shared games room, for those rainy days with pool, table football and darts board. Or why not wander the grounds of the 110 acre site with woodlands and streams. A handy utility room is located near to the accommodation with shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Ample off road parking available.
