Positioned in the heart of the countryside with endless walks and trails surrounding you including nearby Wheel Peevor, this cottage is great for ramblers and adventurers. Porthtowan is just a short drive (4 miles) and here you can enjoy the popular Blue Bar and have a refreshing drink whilst watching the sunset or have a day on the beach and hire a surfboard. Stroll the South West Coast Path from here on this rugged North Cornwall coastline, which is ever so popular with walkers. Take a day trip to the cathedral city of Truro (10 miles) or Godrevy with its 3 miles of golden sands, just 11 miles away. Upon arrival, you certainly won't be disappointed! With gated entry at the end of a farm track lane, you're surrounded by rolling countryside panoramas. Enter the original part of the cottage through the stable door into the light and welcoming entrance hall. Step through to the open plan kitchen/dining room with bespoke vaulted ceilings, bi fold doors leading onto the courtyard, and huge windows in the kitchen area with views of the countryside as far as the eye can see. The stunning kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need including an electric double oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee machine. Enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast bar whilst admiring that exceptional view. This stylish room really is the most fantastic social space to gather around and catch up with family. Play a game of cards at the dining table with seating for all or get comfortable on one of two armchairs and take it all in with music playing on the Smart TV in the background. From here, you'll find the cosy lounge with plenty of seating including a corner sofa and three armchairs. Read a book in front of the wood burner (first basket of logs provided) or gather around and watch a film on the Smart TV. From the dining area, head through to the king size bedroom with bespoke vaulted ceilings, doors onto the rear garden, plenty of storage, a dressing table to prepare for the day ahead, a Smart TV for a lazy morning, and a stunning en suite shower room with a waterfall shower and WC. From the entrance hall, you'll find the family bathroom that has a beautiful freestanding roll top bath with shower attachment and WC. Stairs rise to the first floor and to the further two bedrooms: a king size and a twin bedroom. Both have countryside views across to the mining stacks of Wheel Peevor, a Smart TV, and plenty of storage. Heading outside across the courtyard, you'll find the utility room with a useful washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a gravelled courtyard with seating for all the family, BBQ, and a 2 acre field to roam. At the rear, there is an enclosed private garden with lawn, fire pit, sun loungers, and seating. There is ample parking on the driveway.
