The kitchen has everything you need with an electric Rangemaster oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine so create a family meal whilst listening to the Bose sound system playing your favourite songs. There s also a utility with a washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC. A door leads out to the rear courtyard. The bedrooms are all on the first floor, the king size has its own balcony which is perfect for morning coffee or watching sublime sunsets over the estuary and a dressing table to get ready for your day ahead. The twin zip and link (which can be made into a super king on request) has beautiful views and an en suite shower room with a rainfall shower and WC. There s also a twin bedroom (2ft6 size beds) with hanging space. A bathroom has a rainfall shower over bath and WC. Step outside from the living space onto the terrace and unwind after a day exploring this beautiful coastline or sit and socialize. A flight of steps lead down to the enclosed garden with attractive borders, lawn and terrace area a perfect place to sit with your furry friends and enjoy the tranquil surroundings and incredible sunsets with a charcoal BBQ on the go. There is also parking for two cars adjacent to the property.
