Located in the heart of the Rame Peninsula on Cornwall s south coast, this holiday lodge enjoys amazing views out over the surrounding countryside and reach as far as Plymouth. Many leisure facilities can be enjoyed within the holiday park and the property is also just a short walk from Whitsand beach via a steep cliff path, with four miles of golden sands. Many more glorious beaches can be reached within a ten minute drive and the Peninsula also boasts many scenic fishing villages. The thriving maritime city of Plymouth is within easy reach via the Torpoint ferry, while the popular coastal town of Looe is also another excellent place to explore nearby. Discover a new place every day, visit Mount Edgecombe Park, Launceston Steam Railway, the Eden Project, Bodmin Moor, the mining ruins at St Agnes or the Tamar Otter Park. The property is approached via a slope and consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge and a kitchen/diner. There is a master King size bedroom with en suite and two twin bedrooms. There is also a separate bathroom with shower attachment and WC. The cosy lounge has everything needed to enjoy a night in, including plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace and TV/DVD with Xbox. There is also everything you will need in the kitchen/diner to enjoy a home cooked meal, including an integrated oven, gas hob, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Although the property itself does not contain a washing machine, laundry facilities are available onsite. Outside, the property enjoys a decked area with garden furniture where guests can sit and enjoy a meal al fresco. The decking area also has its own private hot tub, from which guests can really make the most of the property s panoramic views. Guests are welcome to use the holiday park s leisure facilities, which include an indoor heated pool open year round, gym, restaurant, café and games room.
