Situated within this popular seaside village, Fairwinds is a welcoming detached house with reversed accommodation that includes a good sized living room with a log burner, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a family bathroom to the ground floor whilst to the lower ground floor there are two further bedrooms and a shower room. To the outside of the property, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with artificial grass with an outdoor shower facility and barbecue, whilst to the side, there is a semi-enclosed decked garden area and off-road parking for two to three cars. The owners have recently renovated the property and finished it off to a very high standard.
The village of Portreath has a beautiful sandy beach as well as shops, pubs and restaurants, country and coastal walks. The village also offers easy access to a number of golf courses and family attractions whilst the main A30 is easily reached and offers access to all of the great things Cornwall has to offer.
