If you enjoy the sea, head north and visit Bude, the quaint fishing village of Clovelly and spectacular Hartland Point. Head south and explore an array of scenic coves and picturesque fishing villages, such as Mevagissey, Looe and Polperro on the Cornish side and the beautiful South Hams in Devon. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include the picturesque cathedral cities of Exeter and Truro, The Eden Project, Tamar Otter Park and the Camel Trail. This beautifully restored barn has been uniquely designed with reverse level living. As you enter the property from the rear you are greeted by the fabulous and large open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and Smart TV, the perfect area for dining with friends and family. Following on within the barn the kitchen leads into the very spacious lounge with leather sofas, chairs and a Smart TV, this is a great space to sit back, relax and watch a movie or two after a long day of exploring the local surroundings. You will also find a WC located next to the stairs. Heading downstairs from the lounge takes you to a light and airy landing which leads to four beautifully furnished bedrooms, one super king size zip and link (which can be made up as twin beds on request) with Smart TV and en suite shower room and WC, another super king size zip and link (which can be made up as twin beds on request) with Smart TV, another king size bedroom with Smart TV and a cosy twin bedroom. You will also find the bathroom on this floor with a shower over bath and WC. Outside the property guests can enjoy a large garden mainly laid to lawn. There is also a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. To the rear of the barn is a private covered hot tub, swing set with glider and parking for two cars, there is additional parking for one car to the front of the property. The garden is enclosed when the gate is shut and you have the luxury of a shared, half acre enclosed paddock to the front of the property, perfect for exercising dogs.
