A variety of popular sandy beaches and attractions including Lanhydrock House and Siblyback Reservoir with its many watersport opportunities are within easy reach. On the south coast are the pretty fishing villages of Looe and Polperro to explore. The town of Fowey nestles on the estuary and offers sea fishing, boat trips, scenic coastal walks and a wide choice of restaurants. The beaches to the north are also within easy reach and offer world class surfing. This excellent location, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, offers some fantastic walks including the Two Valleys Walk. Nature trails, golf and riding can also be found close by. The market town of Liskeard is close by and offers many useful amenities. All of which have been finished with homely touches and retain much of the original charm of the building, A family bathroom services these bedrooms and comprises of bath with hand held shower attachment and WC. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed garden area with decking, garden furniture and BBQ, a fantastic area for alfresco dining or just soaking up the warmer evenings. There is an array of facilities onsite including a shared heated outdoor salt water pool (open from beginning of May to end of September), tennis court and boules court. There is also a shared games room, for those rainy days with pool, table football and darts board. Or why not wander the grounds of the 110 acre site with woodlands and streams. A handy utility room is located near to the accommodation with shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Ample off road parking available.
