Escape to the Cornwall countryside to this peaceful country park. The property is a chalet style with a country seaside vibe to it. As soon as I stayed here the first time I fell in love with it! And now I want others to experience the same as I have. Downstairs there's an open living diner area with HD TV, fast free WiFi, sofas including double sofa bed, foot stalls a nice space for those times to relax and watch Netflix on the Firestick provided. There's an open space to walk into the kitchen. The kitchen is small however fully kitted out for those days where you would rather eat in.
The main bedroom is spacious and has its own private balcony kitted out with rattan furniture perfect for a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. The 2nd room upstairs is a spacious twin room and downstairs is the 3rd room slightly smaller but still big enough for twin beds.
On days where you want to eat out there's a variety of local pubs and restaurants. If you don't want to venture far the country park has its own pub restaurant onsite.
Included in your stay you get access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf, 9 hole golf course, kids adventure play park and table tennis at no extra cost. I provide the golf clubs, tennis rackets, table tennis bats and swim floats so you don't need to rent them.
There's also 3 fishing lakes all teaming with fish to catch. Tackle shop on site for fishing equipment hire. For 2021 the hengar manor escape room has opened which has been very popular since opening.
Also remember you're in Cornwall so never far from popular beaches like fiscal beach 35 mins away in Newquay or Padstow which is 25 mins away. And many other places! The chalet is very well placed in Cornwall for day trips out.
This chalet is located in Bodmin. Bowood Park Golf Course and Camel Cycle Trail are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Cornish Coast Day Adventures and Pengenna Pasties. Lanhydrock and Camel Creek Adventure Park are also worth visiting.
