The property is configured to enjoy the lake & countryside views, the outside space and the natural light. You enter by stepping into a hallway which has a bedroom on either side, followed by the family bathroom, a utility cupboard, space for coats and shoes and then into a vast open plan kitchen, dining and seating area.
There are two downstairs bedrooms one with twin beds and the other a superking bed. Both bedrooms are decorated in modern colours with luxe linens and plush throws. The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and two sinks. Meanwhile, the kitchen, dining and seating area is convivial and spacious with an entire wall of glass, double doors and floor-to-ceiling windows leading onto a terrace enclosed with glass balustrades and complete with a dining table and chairs for eight for alfresco dining.
The kitchen has everything you need to cater for a family or group of friends on holiday, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven and a convivial peninsula where you can chat whilst cooking up a feast. The dining table takes centre stage in this entertaining space with spacious seating for 8 (extra chairs can be found around the room if needed). There's also a comfy seating area with a sofa and occasional chairs for drinks. There is also a TV and sideboard.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one a twin and the other is a Superking. Both following the same interior style as the rest of the property. There's also a shower room and a main living area in the apex leading onto another balcony with glass surrounds. The upstairs living space enjoys full length windows letting in lots of light. There are two large sofas and a separate armchair plus a flatscreen TV (with DVD player), games console and a coffee table. On the balcony there's additional seating - perfect for drinks or coffee in the sunshine.
There is parking for at least two cars outside the property as well as additional visitor parking within 25-metres. The Retallack Resort has a range of facilities within the grounds, making it a destination in its own right. They include a farm shop, restaurant, gym and a spa with an indoor swimming pool (bookable and chargeable). There's a man-made beach area and café, a Total Wipeout style course and water sports (bookable and chargeable), a FlowRider Surf Machine (bookable and chargeable), as well as numerous walks and a running route around the site.
With all the activities the resort has to offer, this property is perfect for families or a group of friends. In addition, its proximity to the stunning beaches & coastline of North Cornwall make it an all round perfect holiday destination.
Located in St. Columb Major, this cabin is near theme parks and on a lake. Eden Project and Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Retallack Water Sports and Camel Creek Adventure Park. Spingfields Fun Park and Pony Centre and Padstow Maize Maze are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
