Drive to either Devon s Westward Ho!, or Cornwall s popular Bude with miles of sandy beaches to spend memorable days surfing, swimming or sunbathing. This charming barn is quietly situated amongst a handful of other properties with its own private driveway. Park and unload beside the barn and plan your adventures. Heading into the barn you find yourself in the open plan lounge/diner with a wood burner, a Smart TV/DVD, exposed beams, and limestone flooring. Moving on to the kitchen, this has underfloor heating and is well equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Heading up the staircase to the bedroom which has a double bed, exposed beams, and views of the surrounding countryside. The shower room completes the accommodation and has a shower, Velux window, sloping ceiling, exposed beams, and WC. Stepping outside is a small, enclosed garden with a patio and garden furniture.
