It has a lovely secluded front garden which is a real sun trap or the back garden which is another quiet little oasis. The terrace leading off the master bedroom is large and spacious with magnificent views out to sea. Enjoy your morning coffee, yoga or a glass of wine watching the sunset in the evening.

With the beach on your doorstep, you may not want to leave the immediate vicinity with all it has to offer. Beautiful walks, trips on the ferry to Hengistbury Head, crabbing at Mudeford Quay or just playing beach games and making sandcastles on the beach in front. The two beach cafes just 5 minutes from the house are great if you don’t fancy cooking and don’t want to drive. However, there is plenty more to explore on the doorstep including the New Forest and Christchurch which are both a 10-minute drive away as well as the villages of Lyndhurst and Lymington which make a nice day out browsing the shops and stopping for tea and cake. Most of the big supermarkets are within a 10-minute drive including Sainsburys, Marks and Spencer Food Hall, Waitrose and Aldi.
This vacation home is located in Christchurch. Highcliffe Castle and Parley Manor are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Littledown Sports Center and Boscombe Chine Gardens Mini Golf Course. Bournemouth Adventure Wonderland and Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Activity Centre are also worth visiting.
