This property enjoys a tranquil farmland location in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Ideally situated to enjoy both Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire; eleven miles to the south east of the property, the historic town of Carmarthen is a lovely place to spend a day, wandering the streets of the old town, browsing the independent shops, and sampling the food in the many restaurants, pubs, and cafes. The town also has an interesting castle, and a museum, whilst there are many more fascinating attractions in the surrounding area including the Gwili Steam Railway, Kidwelly Castle, and the stunning Pembrokeshire coast which lies 17 miles away and offers a number of wonderful, wide sandy beaches such as those at Saundersfoot and Tenby. Two stone steps lead to the front door of this attractive single storey property, which opens onto the open plan lounge/diner. In this welcoming room, guests will find a dining table seating four, as well as comfortable seating, and a TV/DVD. A door from this room leads through to the kitchen, which is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The property has one ground floor bedroom, a pretty dual aspect room with a double bed, dressing table, and bedside drawers. Finally, there is a spacious wet room with a shower and WC. Heading back into the lounge/diner you will find a further doorway to your left with a steep ladder style staircase allowing access to the second twin bedroom. Outside, the property benefits from a private patio, with garden furniture, where guests can enjoy views across the farm. In addition to this, guests also have access to seven acres of woodland, a quiet retreat with winding pathways and several seating areas. Guests should be aware that there is livestock on the farm.
