Explore the fascinating Roman gold mines at Dolaucothi (16.5 miles), which are set amid wooded hillsides overlooking the beautiful Cothi Valley. Entering this charming cottage, you ll arrive in a hallway with space for hanging up coats and boots and a handy downstairs WC. In the spacious living room, which overlooks the pretty courtyard, sink down onto the comfortable sofas and enjoy a glass of something cold while you watch a film together. The well equipped kitchenette has an electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, ensuring you ll have everything you need throughout your stay. When it s time to rest, head upstairs where you ll discover an inviting king size bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and an en suite shower room and WC. Also located upstairs is additional seating on the upstairs light filled landing with 2 seats and glass table. Stepping outside, relax on the lawn before firing up the BBQ and taking a seat to really soak up your surroundings. Soothe tired and aching muscles with a soak in the shared hot tub. There is also ample off road parking available.
