Machlud Ar Y Dwr translates to Sunset on the Water, set close to the coast, you will have plenty to do on your holiday. If you are looking to explore the area on foot or two wheels, you are spoilt with surrounding countryside. Venture to New Quay, a popular seaside town with so much to see and do. Take a boat trip to spot the dolphins or go fishing. Explore the marine wildlife museum, try out one of the water sports on offer or simply enjoy a bite to eat at one of the pubs or restaurants. Head further afield to Aberystwyth, another popular seaside town with plenty or activities to enjoy. There is also nearby National Trust sites to visit including Llanerchaeron and the Dolaucothi Gold Mines. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Step inside this stylish yet cosy retreat into the studio style lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area. Relax in the lounge area after a long day of exploring on the comfy sofa, which folds out as a sofa bed, and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV. Prepare a romantic meal in the kitchen area which is equipped with an induction hob, microwave/grill and a fridge. Sit around the dining table whilst taking in the views. When you re ready for bed, retreat to the sleeping area and enjoy a good night s rest in the double bed and wake up to the views over the lake. Completing the pod is the stylish shower room with shower and WC, perfect to refresh and get ready for the day ahead. Heading outside, you will find yourself on a decked area, with a newly installed private 4 persons hot tub and gas BBQ. The perfect spot to relax or dine alfresco whilst enjoying the views over the lake. There is private off road parking for one car next to the pod. There is an additional on site utility room with shower, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer available for use. Within the four and a half acre grounds, across from the two stylish glamping pods named 'Machlud Ar Y Dwr' and 'Porthdy Gwas Y Neidr, there is Pontfaen Villa, also available to book, accommodating 22 persons.
