This property enjoys a peaceful location on the outskirts of the attractive seaside town of Aberaeron, situated on Cardigan Bay in West Wales. Aberaeron is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing seaside holiday, with its pretty harbour lined by colourful Georgian buildings. There is an interesting array of shops in the town, as well as a choice of restaurants and pubs, many of which pride themselves on offering the best produce that the local area has to offer. For those who enjoy scenic cycle rides, there is a fantastic traffic free cycling route which runs along a disused railway from Aberaeron to nearby Llanachaeron, where visitors will find a beautiful Georgian manor house, maintained by the National Trust, and set within wooded grounds. On arrival at this property, guests first come to the lounge/kitchen/diner, a spacious room with a dining table at one end and the kitchen at the other. It is easy for guests to make themselves at home in the kitchen, thanks to the good range of equipment including a Range oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine. Next to the dining area, the lounge area has a choice of comfortable seating and offers a Netflix enabled TV. Stairs lead from this area to the first floor accommodation where there is a cosy bedroom, the second bedroom is situated on the ground floor. Both of these are spacious king size rooms with plenty of space for storing clothes in the wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also located on the first floor is the shower room with shower and WC Outside, the shingled garden with its patio seating area, is where guests will find the wonderfully relaxing hot tub, a real treat to be enjoyed at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. There is also a set of garden furniture here, as well as a BBQ, allowing guests to enjoy alfresco meals whilst admiring the panoramic countryside views. For those who want to fish for sea trout, brown trout and salmon when in season, a licence is available from the post office, a path leads through the owner s field to a flight of steps leading down to the riverside.
