This home is ideally located halfway between the lovely Llandysul, steeped in history and Welsh culture with its shops and cafes to enjoy, and the market town of Newcastle Emlyn with its variety of antique and independent shops, pubs and cafes. Pop to the National Wool Museum or Newcastle Emlyn s castle. Explore the Teifi River, the Ffynone and Cenarth Waterfalls, the history of coracle fishing and wildlife watching or sea fishing boat trips from New Quay s harbour. The coastline is surprisingly close, with the seaside resort of Aberporth a short drive away. It s a great starting point to visit pretty towns and villages along Cardigan Bay such as New Quay and picture perfect Aberaeron. This is an all year round destination with so much to see and do. Open the front door into the lounge with a feature fireplace, wood burner, exposed beams, comfy sofa, chairs and a Smart TV. Continue through to the kitchen/diner which is flooded with natural light and a lovely space to rustle up a meal with local purchases made on your travels. The kitchen is creatively designed with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather around to enjoy their meal and offers views into the garden. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms to choose from; both have exposed beams and dual aspect windows, and are designed for a good night s sleep. Take the lovely double bed or the cosy 4 double. Wake up to gorgeous garden views and start the day with a leisurely shower in the stylish shower room with a shower and WC. Regret no children under 4 years old (due to open staircase to the first floor). Outside, there is a designated patio with table and chairs perfect for alfresco dining, plus large shared gardens with a lawn, a bridge over the stream, and a raised deck overlooking the stream with a table and chairs a lovely spot to enjoy a picnic. There is also the opportunity to see the old watermill. There is private off road parking for one car only opposite the property. The owners are on site though privacy is assured at all times.
