Within 13 miles are the beaches, coves, towns and villages of Cardigan Bay for enjoyable day trips, whether guests fancy spending the day at the beach in Aberaeron, taking a boat trip out to spot the visiting bottlenose dolphins, or following the Dylan Thomas Trail in the poet s former hometown of New Quay. What more could you wish for? Arrive at this appealing barn which has all your creature comforts including underfloor heating. Walk into the utility with a washer/dryer and plenty of space for your sandals, boots and coats; you will also find a separate WC here. Walk through to the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner which is flooded with natural light. The kitchen area is well equipped with all you need to rustle up a tasty meal, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. When the meal is ready, gather around the dining table which is perfectly positioned by the window for everyone to enjoy time together. After dinner, relax on the comfortable sofa and chair, and watch your favourite programme on the Smart TV. When ready for bed, choose from one of two bedrooms upstairs, the king size or the twin, both with lovely views to wake up to. Enjoy a leisurely start to the day in the stylish shower room with a shower and WC. To the front of the property, there is a paved patio that looks over the surrounding fields, with a table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ, allowing guests to make the most of the weather.
