The property is in the quiet traditional Pembrokeshire village of Penally, within easy walking distance of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, all year round dog friendly beach and two excellent village pubs. There is a bakery and coffee shop within the village and a petrol station with a small shop on the main road at the turning into Penally. The rear of the property enjoys uninterrupted views out to Giltar Point, across Tenby golf course. Tenby can be reached by foot along the beach in less than 1 mile. Tenby is popular all year round with its array of independent cafes, restaurants, and shops plus boat trips from the iconic harbour. There are lots of walking routes and access to two golf courses within a 2 mile radius. You will enter the holiday cottage via a short lane separating the cottage and its neighbouring property. The hallway is welcoming, and you can take the stairs directly up to the first floor to enjoy the spectacular views from the comfortable lounge with Smart TV. Adjacent to the lounge is the large master bedroom with a king size bed, single sofa bed, TV, plenty of storage and views to the front of the property. Downstairs on the ground floor, you will find the newly renovated kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is a conservatory / sunroom adjacent to the kitchen with an extendable dining table, where meals can be enjoyed overlooking the garden, with views to the golf course and sea beyond. The second bedroom is also on the ground floor with a double bed and ample storage for belongings offering flexible accommodation for those who prefer to live on one level. Completing the ground floor is the contemporary shower room with a freestanding shower, and WC. Externally the cottage benefits from a fully enclosed patio garden to the rear with outdoor seating to enjoy a meal or drinks al fresco should you wish. On street parking is available directly outside the property for a small/ medium sized car and there is free unallocated on street parking available throughout the village. Alternatively, there is a pay and display car park at the train station.
