This stylish seaside cottage is situated right on the beach at Pevensey Bay, with its quiet, shingle beach, it is ideal for sailing, swimming, or a spot of fishing. Just a short drive from the property, is the village of Pevensey with a range of pubs and restaurants, its striking castle, now an English Heritage site and the Sovereign Harbour Marina, a great place for a spot of lunch whilst admiring the wide variety of boats moored up. Further along the coast, are the towns of Eastbourne and Bexhill on Sea. Eastbourne offers a wide choice of theatres hosting many West End shows and the Towner in Eastbourne, is a stylish contemporary art gallery and is not to be missed. For families, the Sovereign Centre fun pool, Treasure Island, Knockhatch Adventure Park and Drusilla s Zoo at Alfriston all offer great family days out. There are a number of steps that lead you up to the front of the property where you enter into a welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where there is space for dropping off sandy shoes and hanging coats. French doors open from the lounge area out to a beach garden with table, chairs, firepit and BBQ, the perfect spot for al fresco dining or enjoying a spot of star gazing in the evening. The garden gives direct access to the beach, and there is a selection of beach toys to keep everyone entertained. At the front of the property is private parking for two cars.
