Utility Room- a spacious utility room - an ideal drying space for coats and boots, with a sink and the heating boiler. Leading through to a downstairs toilet with wash hand basin and washing machine.
Living Room - very spacious with three large sofas, wood burner, TV with free view and DVD, pool table.

The market town of Brecon is a short drive where you can find an array of local shops, deli's, cafes and restaurants. Walks - From Cefncoed Mawr Farmhouse there is a stunning walk up the Pen y Crug hill, the site of the former Iron Age Fort, which is located less than half a mile away from the house. Guests can scale the hill then continue down one of the many public foot paths in to Brecon to enjoy a refreshing drink or meal at one of the many pubs & restaurants. There is also a very interesting walk to the former Roman garrison site at Y Gaer less than 2 miles away.
