From the lounge to the internal hall and you will arrive at a ground floor snug with sofa bed, suitable for an adult, or simply to relax and enjoy a quiet read. There is also a handy shower room with shower and WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a master king size and a twin. There is a further bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a good sized enclosed garden with patio furniture, looking out to the fields. Ample parking to the fore of the cottage in the yard of the farm.
