Enter into the warming lounge/diner with comfortable sofas and a super wood burner, making this a very cosy retreat any time of the year. Through from the dining area to the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, all looking out over fields. There is a utility room with washing machine. From the lounge to the internal hall and you will arrive at a ground floor snug with sofa bed, suitable for an adult, or simply to relax and enjoy a quiet read. There is also a handy shower room with shower and WC. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a master king size and a twin. There is a further bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a good sized enclosed garden with patio furniture, looking out to the fields. Ample parking to the fore of the cottage in the yard of the farm.
