There is also a downstairs WC. There are two separate staircases, the first from the lounge, leads to two bedrooms a king size with Jack and Jill bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, and a bunk bedroom. The second staircase leads to a further two bedrooms, both of these are doubles and a separate shower room with WC. Externally there is a lovely, enclosed garden with sunny aspect, lawn, decked area, full size foldable table tennis table and BBQ. Enjoy the newly added riverside terrace, with undercover eight seater patio table and chairs located overlooking the burbling brook, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing drink watching the children play or for an al fresco meal. There is a separate garden room accessed externally via the enclosed garden, use this space to relax and unwind reading a book or let the fun begin on the table football. This separate area can also be utilised as a separate sleeping area, as there are 2 pull out beds available for guests to use. Garden room has TV, DVD player and games console. There is private parking for two cars.
