There is also a shower room on this floor. Further steep stairs will take you to the second floor where there is a king size bedroom, with exposed beams and pretty cottage windows. Outside, there is a picturesque patio area with stylish rattan furniture, a BBQ and a Cotswold stone wall to the side. A large enclosed lawn area beyond is perfect for dogs and children to play.
