This property enjoys a village location with restaurants, galleries, independent shops, a beach, and the sea all nearby. Aberdovey is on the northern edge of the Dyfi Estuary where the mountains meet the sea on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. On the doorstep, there is a range of great outdoor activities including walking, cycling, sea swimming, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, and fishing, not forgetting the championship links golf course, and the beautiful golden sandy beach. Heading into Snowdonia, landmarks include Craig yr Aderyn, a Site of Special Scientific Interest renowned for birds, and the beautiful Dolgoch Falls (both within 15 miles). This is an all year round destination for family and friends. Walk into this attractive family townhouse, arranged over five floors, with creature comforts including underfloor heating and all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. Walk into the kitchen/diner with fabulous waterside views and comfortable sofas where you can relax and soak up the scenery. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen/diner is a sociable space. The well equipped kitchen has a Smeg gas seven ring hob and three ovens, plus a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine and a fridge/freezer around the corner. The stylish dining area is perfect for everyone to gather around, enjoy a meal together, and plan holiday activities. If you go down to the basement, you will find the useful utility room housing the washing machine and tumble dryer, with storage space for your outdoor attire such as walking boots, wetsuits, bikes and paddleboards. After dinner, relax in the lounge upstairs on the first floor with more comfortable sofas, window seats, a Smart TV, and the most stunning panoramic views of the Dyfi Estuary and out across Cardigan Bay. You will find the first of the bedrooms here with a king size bed and a stylish shower room with underfloor heating and a separate WC. Up the next flight of stairs, on the second floor is another bedroom with a king size bed, dual aspect windows with fabulous estuary views, and an en suite shower and WC. There is another bathroom on this floor too, with a shower over the bath and a WC. Up the next flight of stairs, on the third floor there are another two bedrooms: the family room with a double bed and a single bed against the wall for three guests, boasting lovely sea views, and the bunk bedroom with a double base and single on the top for a maximum of two guests. All have been designed with a good night s sleep in mind. Outside, you have access to the basement down some stairs, and steps up to the front door from the pavement. There are parking permits for two cars for parking in the car parks in the village (and others in Gwynedd). There is plenty of storage for your bikes and paddleboards outside the basement, where you will also find a hot outside shower, useful for washing off the sand after a day on the beach.
