Step inside where you can take a seat in the spacious entrance hall to remove your boots. The ground floor is spacious an area that has been created for entertaining with family and friends. The generously sized lounge is situated to the rear of the property with French doors opening onto the enclosed garden. There are large sofas for you to relax with friends whilst enjoying a movie, there is also a selection of board games and good reads. The kitchen/diner is situated at the front of the house and is perfect for enjoying supper; the well equipped kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs that can accommodate six guests. There is a WC on the ground floor. When the day is done, climb the stairs where you will find three bedrooms spread across two floors. The first floor offers a double bedroom with an en suite shower and WC and a twin bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The second floor offers a king size bedroom with an en suite shower and WC. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with table and chairs for summer dining. There is a charcoal BBQ and secure storage for bikes. There is off road parking for two cars.
