For dining there is a formal dining room finished with tasteful artwork sourced within Hay on Wye.The kitchen really is the hub of this home offering a well equipped space that will test the best of chefs, including an electric oven and induction hob, combi microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar where you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst breakfast is prepared and a table and chairs enjoying the view of the garden. There is a utility room with washing machine and hanging space for coats and boots. There is also a WC on the ground floor. So, when the day is done climb the stairs where you will find three bedrooms. A king size with en suite shower room with shower and WC. A further king size and a twin room with garden views. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The enclosed gardens are perfect for entertaining with a patio area with table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the views across the countryside. There is driveway parking for two cars.
