4 Salterns is a well presented detached coastal family holiday home in West Wight. Minutes from Yarmouth town centre, the historic harbour and the Wight Link ferry terminal. Top beaches such as Colwell Bay, Compton and Freshwater Bay are close by.
The heart of this three-storey contemporary detached townhouse is on the first floor. It has a large open plan kitchen with oak worktops, a Belfast sink, fridge/freezer, integrated microwave, dishwasher, and electric oven, wine cooler and a dining room table seating eight. From here, patio doors lead out onto a decked balcony. There is also a spacious living area with an L-shaped sofa and armchair as well as a Smart TV with Netflix and cosy log burning stove.
On the second floor you’ll find a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower, a twin room and a double bedroom which both share the family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a further single bedroom with its own shower room.
There is plenty of off-road parking for several vehicles and a rear lawned garden with table and chairs for families to enjoy.
The house offers lovely views across the landscaped grounds.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed on site.
This vacation home is located in Yarmouth. Dimbola Lodge and The Needles Battery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Victoria Country Park and Hurst Castle. The Needles Landmark Attraction and Lymington Sea Water Baths are also worth visiting.
